RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return of the advance may be made under the following terms:
Refund of 100% of the deposit or reservation if it's canceled up to 8 weeks before the event.
Refund of 70% of the deposit or reservation if it's canceled up to 6 weeks before the event.
Refund of 50% of the deposit or reservation if it's canceled up to 4 weeks before the event.
25% refund if canceled 7 days before the event.
0% refund if canceled less than one week or less before the event.
There will be no partial or full refunds of the total amount once the ride is done. All extra services requested by the client must be paid before being performed without any exception. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to illness, medical emergencies, accidents prior to the ride or any circumstance outside the organizers (Bike Trip) that does not allow customers to reach the ride.
If the event is canceled due to lack of attendees or any circumstance that does not allow the event to take place, 100% of the advance payment will be returned.
